[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — claim closed without my knowledge and denying service | |||||
My relationship # 2149306 Claim # 2413297 has been closed stating lack of response from the customer however the last email i received was to pick up the device and there was no response from the vendor to pick up the unit. Denying further service when no lack of response from the customer.; i was not contacted by the pickup vendor nor informed about the claim closure till i called to check the delay on picking up the unit. I tried filing a new claim that got denied referring to the old claim saying the old claim to be re-opened and when i call customer care they deny to re-open the claim. When you guys cant render service better refund, i'm not paying for no service to be rendered when it has no fault at my end. Was this information helpful? | |||||
