[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — claim closed without my knowledge and denying service

My relationship # 2149306

Claim # 2413297 has been closed stating lack of response from the customer however the last email i received was to pick up the device and there was no response from the vendor to pick up the unit. Denying further service when no lack of response from the customer.; i was not contacted by the pickup vendor nor informed about the claim closure till i called to check the delay on picking up the unit.

I tried filing a new claim that got denied referring to the old claim saying the old claim to be re-opened and when i call customer care they deny to re-open the claim.

When you guys cant render service better refund, i'm not paying for no service to be rendered when it has no fault at my end.

Updated by shanm86 I've been calling you guys and no response, you guys promise a call back and i never receive one and even to talk to a supervisor we end up waiting in call for atleast an hour . I need the service or I need refund for you denying service with unrealistic reasons. I've the email confirmation of the pickup of the unit and no email communication after that with respect to the above mentioned claim.

As per our terms and condition, You must inform us within 2 days of the date of damage or loss. This was done more than 48 hours later, the insurance company has rejected your claim.
