[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — claim issue | |||||
I sent my damaged phone to the one assist to claim the inssurance. The took a lot of time to repair the phone almost after 45 days they sent the the phone that too after the complaint. When i recieved the phone the sim tray was not in the phone when i contacted them they told me that they are not responsible for the accessories. But the sim tray is not the accessory its the part of the phone which was also damaged. So its their rsponsiblity to repair the whole set. Now they are not respondind to my complaint.
