[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Claim not being processed | |||||
Hello, I have submitted a claim for my handset. In their terms and conditions they have mentioned that invoice is required, which I have provided but they are not processing the claim saying that IMEI number of the handset is not mentioned in the invoice and now they will charge 10% of the total expected cost instead of 5% in case invoice is provided. I have called them so many times but they are not willing to process it. I am feeling that they just want to harass the consumers like me so that I give up my claim.
