My Service Request SR#1940985 Handset picked up on 3rd May 2017 and was told that will get an update within 24 to 48 hours, Called several times about status on my Handset but they wont reply the call was kept for hold for more than 10 minutes but non of the executive was available, this happens every time i called. Very poor service will not recommend to anyone. Guys don't get your device insured with this Company they are very pathetic and poor in service. They have Live Chat on their Android App but in the Live Chat service all seems to be DEAD !!! #BoycottOneAssist Was this information helpful? | |||||
