I'm Anita Aggarwal from Delhi and my claim number is 1859225. My first call at your customer care was on 22 march 2017 and till date I have been calling you regularly, and regardless of any of my calls no action has been taken. Every time I call, you guys gave guarantee that problem will be solved within 48hrs, and sometimes your customer care disconnected the call form their side without providing solution. I even asked for my call trasfered to any senior person in charge but this was also not done. This is my last complaint here, after this I will complain directly to consumer court if my issue is not solved within 24hrs. Thank You Was this information helpful? | |||
