[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Claim rejected after I made so many efforts

Dear team this is very poor service and less of customer support as i have taken the insurance for my mobile phone for premium category of membership as the team knows very well about i claimed after 15days as i was in fever and they knowingly that i claimed after 15days due to sickness they demand for many things and it's takes me 3dayd to complete this formalities and my first claim was rejected in two hours that their was delay.
This is service negligence and really disappointed as the first time i claimed sorry to say but this is not at all accepted.
