Hi, I have insured my new phone last year while buying july 2019, my phone got display damage by accidentally last week by 14th april. Due to lockdown i dnt know how to proceed further. Yesterday (20 april) i registered for claim. But now they are saying that i should inform in 48 hrs. Even i was straight forward saying about the incidents in this pandemic situation.
