I have purchase a laptop with one assist " complete laptop protection "
on 11 jan-2023 my laptop got damage and I file a complaint with one assist for repair wide complain no 18752807 .
I got a call from their customer care and he asked to submit all the document . after that i was inform that they can not process my claim as broken reason not described .
I have escalate matter then again got call and ask for wait 2 days, after 5 day they again reject claim.
as I also not know how it got damage how can I describe, if they can not process they why asking document and call several time .
