[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — claim rejection

This is reference 2244567 issue, today i got the email that my claim has been rejected due to so so reason.. (Something negligence all that). You just mentioned that negligence issue, have you ever shared what all situation comes under negligence. When you had given this insurance what you say this insurance will cover all accidental, physical damage, liquid damage etc. Now, you just overturned your decision and said insurance company rejected this. I am disappointed to take a insurance from such fradulant company like you. Stop cheating innocent people otherwise you will be no longer survive in market. Was this information helpful?
