Where is my phone u guys have no proper answer been calling your customercare everyday here the samething that we are waiting for insurance companys approval its been a month. Update me with proper status of my device. Numerous mails i have sent everything went unanswered. When i bought the policy yuor customercare assured me 12days service warranty and a courtesy handset which has been not delivered yet. Pls let me know that when will be my phone will be deliverd to me. Honest and sincere reply will be appreciated Was this information helpful? | |||
