[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Close the claim without valid reason | |||||
I have raised a claim[protected] on 8th of april... I have submitted all the required documents for the claim on the very same day... Hey informed me to take print out of claim documents from the link... As i tried, the link was not working i immediately informed them. They said that i'll receive courier from their end for claim documents... I was outof station from My pickup place on 28th april... As my phone was not able to take calls untill 2 week of may... It seems they have tried to contact me for pickup... I have taken the call and said to postpone the pickup... Ihave even written a mail on this regard... When the last attempt was made i was available at my place still they say i was not available.. N now today 29th may they called to state my claim is closed. ... .
