[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — company cancelled my claim | |||||
Hi team, Myself santosh kumar. I had a one assist membership since july. Recently my mobile got damaged and i have called the customer care regarding the claim. Your executive (Namrata) had filed the case and told me to upload the documents with in 48 hours. I have done it on time. Today one of your executive called me and said that your claim is closed as i have not called you guys with in 48 hours. I am really not aware of this before, my mobile was got damaged on friday 18th oct, as i was engaged with some hospital issue i have not called customer care, i was in that a situation that i dont have time to call regarding this mobile. On friday, my mother was in hospital and i was hurry to home to pickup few things and at that time my mobile got damaged at my home. I was busy with this issue for the next 3days. That is the reason, i have called on sunday 22nd oct morning. First thing is that, i am not aware of this policy that i have to call with in 48hours and none of your sales person have informed me while taking the insurance. Next thing, when i called your executive (Namrata), even she dint inform that the claim will not be accepted. I have informed clearly that it was happened on 18th, she asked me how it had happened and what time it had been but she dint inform me regarding the 48 hours policy. Is she aware of that policy or she wantedly dint inform me??? Next thing she informed me that i have pay 300+ to the insurance company as they will send me the link. I asked that, this point is not informed me while taking the insurance, then she mentioned that it was there in the policy. Now, i want to know as she is aware of the policies, """why dint she inform me that i have to claim with in 48 hours that is there in your policy""". I had the whole recording with me, where, she never informed about 48 hours policy. If that is the case you guys need to inform me on the same day or you should have not accepted the claim in the call or you should not send me the mails and not ask me to upload the documents. If you really had this policy your system should not accept the dates and the claim. I have called your executive again today and she inform me that"it is our responsibility to inform about this claim on the call while taking the claim" but when i called for the claim they dint inform me. I have all the recordings that i spoke to your executives. I can provide you that. I want you guys to process my policy as i have submitted the documents as per your requirement, i know i have called you late for the claim only because i did not neglect that i had a hope that one assist will help me on that. You would have close the claim if i have not submitted the doc's or any wrong doc's, but after submitting the whole doc's you are saying this policy is closed saying some other reason. If i want to cheat you guys, i would have told the incident was happened on the same day, but i told truth as happened. Hope you understand my situation. Thanking you.
