[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Company refusing to give a provision to file a claim | |||||
I am mohammed abdullah nd my customer relationship number is 593991. When my mobile screen got damaged in a accident, i tried to file a claim in their website. But there is no provision. When i contact their customer support, they informed me that my previous claim is not yet closed from their end and i am assured it will be closed soon. It has been more than 40 days since i raised this issue, still it is not closed. I sent more than 10 follow up email. For each mail, it would take 2 to 3 days for them to reply with the same answer "greetings from oneassist! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you again that we have already escalated your case to the concerned team. Please note that our team is working on it. As soon as we get any update we will inform you. We appreciate your patience and co-operation in this case". How long will it take them to provide a provision to file a claim? Taking time to process a claim is one thing. But not giving a provision to file a claim itself is a new type of fraud and unethical behavior.
