[Resolved]  OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Company refusing to give a provision to file a claim

I am mohammed abdullah nd my customer relationship number is 593991. When my mobile screen got damaged in a accident, i tried to file a claim in their website. But there is no provision. When i contact their customer support, they informed me that my previous claim is not yet closed from their end and i am assured it will be closed soon. It has been more than 40 days since i raised this issue, still it is not closed. I sent more than 10 follow up email. For each mail, it would take 2 to 3 days for them to reply with the same answer "greetings from oneassist!
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you again that we have already escalated your case to the concerned team. Please note that our team is working on it. As soon as we get any update we will inform you. We appreciate your patience and co-operation in this case".

How long will it take them to provide a provision to file a claim? Taking time to process a claim is one thing. But not giving a provision to file a claim itself is a new type of fraud and unethical behavior.

Now I received a mail stating
"Dear mohammed abdullah

With reference to your Service Request number 2061629, basis the documents submitted by you, the insurance company has denied the claim.

The insurance company is constrained to deny the liability basis the following reason:
"THE SUBJECT CLAIM IS NOT ADMISSIBLE DUE AGE OF DEVICE IS BEYOND 2 YEARS. Date of purchase - 06/08/2014 Start date of insurance cover - 23/10/2016"

We regret that we are unable to entertain this claim and therefore, we are closing the claim as repudiated on the grounds clearly mentioned above. We look at this as an opportunity lost to serve you.

We will soon deliver your unrepaired handset to you."

Why do you sell me a insurance plan if it does not get covered ?
When you gave me that plan, you know my handset is 2 years old.Then what is the use of this plan I paid for?
It does not cover anything?
You simply received money from the client and when the customer file a claim, you say that your handset is 2 years old so the claim is rejected
I paid you. you received money from me.Why did you sell me the plan knowing that my handset is 2 years old and it will get rejected if I file a claim?
This is so unethical that you are selling a product without any value.
