[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Company sold me a invalid policy and refusing to process a claim. | |||||
I am Mohammed Abdullah and my customer relationship number is 593991. One assist sold me a policy stating I can file a claim if there is a liquid or physical damage .My policy valid till[protected] When my mobile screen got damaged in a accident, I filed a claim. Now one assist is refusing to process a claim and give compensation to me. The reason one assist mentioned is "THE SUBJECT CLAIM IS NOT ADMISSIBLE DUE AGE OF DEVICE IS BEYOND 2 YEARS. Date of purchase - 06/08/2014 Start date of insurance cover - 23/10/2016". One assist sold me that policy knowing my device is already 2 years old . Then what is the use of the plan? It is a new way of looting people by selling the invalid product. Please be aware .Don't buy any plan from one assist.They will sell you the plan and later they will reject your claim with some reason. Please be aware. Attached is the screenshot of my policy details, Moblie details given to one assist while purchasing the plan which is also available in their website and the email received regarding the rejection of claim.
