[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — complain about problem occurred in documents uploading | |||
Sir /madam, i tried to upload documents regarding my mobile theft claim from last 7 days. But, there is some issue. I am unable to upload my documents. When i asked to customer care, they said that mdm there is some server error. Nobody resolving my problem. And they again and again called and said mdm upload the documents otherwise you will be responsible for this. When i said, this delay due to your server error and i want surety that this delay is not from my side, they give me 48hrs surety only. But this problem did not resolve till now. Please do something.
