[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — complaint about the sales executive | |||||
I registered my phone no in one assist site for more details of their insurance policy. I got their call and was explained by them about their policy. After that i was not intersted anymore about buying their policy. So everyday i was getting call by them and i was ignoring their call by not picking it up or by cancelling it. But today i picked their call from the no (+[protected] and a sales executive name (Sahil) was on that end. I told him that i am no more interested in buying their policy. And i got a reply from him " jab aapko lena ni h to site kyon kholte ho or register q karte ho" Wat the # is this??? Is that guy have the right to ask their customer such questions??? Do i have to take pemission from him that whether i should use their company site or not??? I want to complain about this sales executive and want strict actions to be taken against him Was this information helpful? | |||||
