[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Complaint against debiting yearly subscription without my consent of any kind from Credit Card balances

On 04.11.2016 at 20.54 hrs, I recd a message from the office One Assist about debiting yearly subscription of Rs.1299/- from my Credit Card balance. This was without my consent of any kind. I intend to cancel plan. Request to arrange for remittance of deducted amout. My Mobile No. is [protected] and Relation ship no is 605785. I have alrady registered my complaint with [protected] yesterday.
