[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Courtesy handset and poor customer service | |||||
I raised a compliant for accidental damage to my phone around 13th Aug, I submitted all docs by 15th Aug, it was correct and approved. it took them one month to pick up the handset. And promising that I get a courtesy handset. Moreover, I was assigned an RM who called me once and mailed me once, mentioning that I may reach-out to him for any queries. Post that call, I have only suffered by there poor customer service. Wrote him a mail no response. Have been proactively following up on the my original handset and courtesy handset. Extremely poor phone line reception. The company keeps calling me to Xsell and extend my claim to one more year, with no updates on the current status of claim. Company's focus is on SALES and NO customer maintenance/retention. I took this claim from a regd. Apple store and I regret taking this insurance claim. PLEASE HELP in getting this resolved or helping me understand the procedure for taking the case to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||||
