OneAssist Consumer Solutions — credit card deduction of rs 1399

Hello there,

I recieved a sms from icici bank that rs1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan without my permission. I don't know the company and also this kind of charging without any permission is a big criminal act.
Refund the amount asap. And also please deactivate one assist.

My name is Vivek I have HDFC credit card number Ending 3414 One assistant membership fee deducting from my credit card account without my permission rupees 1399 please cancel the policy and refund my amount please do the needful it is very urgent I will call the customer care but there is no reply
