[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — credit card/complaint about amount deduction from my credit card

Hello my name sakthivel past month one assist deduct rs 1399 from my credit card without intimation i called to one assist cancellation team after they explain them product service and benefits but i not satisfied finally they give assurance do to cancelled this service also refund my amount but they credit only 399rs only so you have refund my balance amount 1000rs also cancel this plan
