My Name is Hariom Sharma I want to complaint about One Assist, actually I have a HDFC credit card, and I carrying one Assist plan (Cust ID-773183) from two years, but on 4th February-2018 I had lost my wallet, then I was trying to call him, but his customer care call was not connected, and on 14 Feb was renewal date of my plan, and now Rs. 1899 was deducted from my Card without given any prior information, and when I call him on 16 Feb then nobody has given any response to me, and again and again my call was disconnected from their side .and now he has not given any proper response to me. which is very shameful thing for One Assist company.
