[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — damaged phone pick up | |||||
I had initiated a claim on 3rd july and even after repeated follow ups nobody is collecting my phone even though the claim has been approved. I wrote a complaint mail to [protected]@oneassist and i did not even recieve a reply i am calling the customer care toll free number 10 times a day, they put me on hold for a very long time and upon returning they just say that they are escalating the matter and pick up will be arranged within 48 hours. I wait for 48 hours and i get a call from the delivery guy who assures he will pick up everyday and then then he never shows. Either you do not care about customer service or it is some sort of ploy to never service the claims and earn the insurance premium. Was this information helpful? | |||||
