[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — deactivate one assist plan

Despite frequent request from us, one assist plan is not getting deactivated. There is no option in website or anywhere in the terms and conditions of policy about how to deactivate one assist policy which was activated to my account without my interest. Kindly deactivate the policy asap

As per the policy you need to cancel membership before 30 days for full refund. You will get the amount 474/- credited in your bank account within 5 to 7 working day.
