[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — deactivate & the policy and refund my money | |||
Hello there I called one assist to deactivate wallet & credit protection policy as they deduct rs. 1899 from my credit card on 13-oct-2017 without my consent & without any prior notice. I called one assist customer care service on the very next day & again so many times to refund my money back as i'm not interested in their plan & not found it useful for me in any way but they are forcing me to continue with the policy. After so many calls for deactivation, they just downgraded my plan to 'enhanced wa power single plan'. Instead of rs. 1899, i got refund for only rs. 299. Why are you binding your policy on customer? What customer is saying not matters to you? Why not ready to listen to me, why you are forcing to customers...
