Hi This is to inform you that. I have taken a credit card protection plan from you (Oneassist consumer solution) on 24/10/2019 as one of the hdfc official agent recommended me to take this plan. I am requesting you to please deactivate this plan as soon as possible and refund my full money that has been deducted from account. I haven't use your security service. So please look at my problem.
