[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — deactivation of one assist

Hi, i received a message that rs-1899/- has been debited from my account last year and renewal of this year on 4-2-2019 to one assist plan without my concern. I was surprised about this and i will to report this matter to bank so, i request you to kindly cancel the plan and refund the amount in my account.

Date of incident: 16.33hrs. 4-2-19and last year also

As per the update your plan is inactive since 2nd March 2019 and the cancellation was triggered on 1st March 2019 vide service request number 4021790. Request you to check with your bank if the refund has been credited or not.
