Without my consent, they renew insurance with their charge on my credit card account. On contacting customer care, instead of cancelling it, they just keep recommending to continue it and keep delivering lecture. Surprisingly, they says this is must for me and i'm not serious with my hard owned money if i don't take their policy.. Strange!!! Hope hdfc is listening too.. Was this information helpful? | |
