I am not apply for one assist without information debit my credit card amount. I am calling to customer care "one assist" for cancellation. They are not considering the cancellation request. Since i raised the request. While speaking you (One assist) are very polite. But that is not the solution for my problem. I want my money (Rs.1399) back to my account. This should happen soon. Take necessary actions to revert the money for me. I am not willing to stay in the plan. Debited on my card ending with xx1605 date 05/05/2018 one assist mfee 1399.00 So cancel this plan in urgent basis and return my money in my account. And follow your policy cancellation rule point 6 under 6.4. And return my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
