[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — declined insurance, when their website is not working and and not properly mentioned details elsewhere. | |||||
I broke my mobile screen on 11th jan, i was on a travel, so could not call, so searched for online help from their website. But their website is not working properly. I could find the clause saying the claim needs to be filed within 2 days, neither i could get their email address from their website as it's not working properly. As a result, i called the customer care once i am back from the trip on 16th of jan, i. E. After 2 working days. But now they have cancelled the claim, saying it's my fault. When their website is not working. How is customer supposed to find information? Later i did not even receive any pro[per assistance from them. Even after paying for the insurance, they are asking me to get things done by paying more to the company and getting the mobile repaired on my own. They have completely misusing rules, and without being understandable towards the customer trying to get money out of them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
