[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — deducted money without my authorisation

Hi
I received a call about this product and was told i would be sent an email. I did not authorize money to be deducted and they still went ahead and charged me without any intimation nor have i received any email
I have tried to call your number but it seems unreachable.
I need my money back.
I have an account with icici bank with account number ending in xxxxxx4005
