Dear Sir, In spite of my repeatedly informing through emails / telephonic with your company informing to stop your services and not to deduct any amount with my credit card account for New Wallet Assist Power Single plan which was to be end by 10.01.2017. Further, over phone i had few queries with the company and the same has not been cleared by the phone officer and One Assist has debited my Credit Card account with Rs.1299.00 for renewal of wallet assist plan without my consent on 12.01.2017. Even after several attempts made to contact the phoning officer to cancel by plan they are not responding till date 19.01.2017.
