[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Delay in delivery | |||||
I had given my phone for repair on 28th of april and received an e-mail on 6th of june 2017. Since then they have been delaying dates of delivery and i had to cancel my flight just because they assured me that i'll be receiving my phone on that day but i still didn't get it. Very unsatisfied with their service and won't recommend anyone to go for their insurance claims. Was this information helpful? | |||||
