[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Delay in handset delivery for more than a month | |||||
Hi, I was noticed that my handset has been delivered to me on 19th october'2016. But i have not collected the handset as my handset given to me was broken on backside of the panel (Back panel was not my own handset panel, it was changed). I contacted one assist and updated the same to them, one assist has taken the handset back and was assured to deliver the handset in a couple of days changing the back panel of handset. I have been contacting the oneassist customer care frequently to get my handset delivery but they use to say in next 2 working days will deliver my handset. It has been more than a month (34 days) delayed in delivery of handset (19th oct'16 to till date). And it was just to change the backpanel of the handset, oneassist has taken this much time. What kind of service and assurance you are giving to the customer? To repair the handset oneassist has already taken around one month and now it is more than a month. Please provide a solution to this, as this oneassist is taking such a negligence and no proper response to the customer and giving fake assurance. Thanks, Poorna Was this information helpful? | |||||
