Dear, 1. Service request no. 3712222 dated[protected] 2. delay in verification complaint no. 374 (without providing solution marked as solved in 1 hour). dated[protected] 3. escalated issue and complaint again filed for delay complaint no. 3727474 dated 16-11.2018 today is seventh day and one assist is still unable to validate/verify my documents. Why this company is serving if they can't provide proper service ??? Each customer care representative says same words with some excuses .."it is in process..need 24-48 hrs to verify" Was this information helpful? | |||
