OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Denial of accidental damage repair

My one assist accidental insurance is active . The screen of my iPad under cover got damaged at home accidentally with a hiton the screen . I submitted the claim and they came out with a reason that it’s miscellaneous category and not accidental because I have not mentioned what hit the screen . I haven’t mentioned so as to be brief and make. If required I could have given entire story in detail. But they refused and rejected it .. As I have this insurance I can’t go to Apple for repairs .Apple is asking to pay 62000 to replace as they don’t repair .
