OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Denied to give 3 years extended warranty for my Hitachi airconditioner after expiry of of original manufacturer warranty.

I had purchased a Hitachi airconditioner alongwith Oneassist 3 years extended warranty from Tata cliq on March 2022.
After that Oneassist asked me to activate with the code for the extended warranty, but I don't had received any activation code. I asked Oneassist through reply email to send me the code for it, but they don't and I forgot it.
After completion of one year Hitachi asked me to purchase their warranty further but I denied as I have a already one (one assist ) for that.
On the month of September 2023, the airconditioner started malfunctioning and I tried to register a service request under the extended warranty, but surprisingly there is no option for me in their system.
Then I contacted to the one assist customer care service and explained them the issue I faced and requested them to start repairing it.
But next day they told me that they found in their system that extended warranty will start after 3 years once the original manufacturer warranty will expire.
Then I send a email with attachment of the warranty card showing the warranty from the original manufacturer was expired.
The same was vetted also from Tata cliq.
But now they told me over phone that I had written in their system that extended warranty will start after 3 years.
Then I forwarded them the request email for the activation code, which I didn't receive as of now.
Now, it's clear from the above facts that they never send me any activation code and neither it was activated from my side.
Tata cliq also agreed that the airconditioner warranty is for 1 year.
But one assist claims, as it was written in their system that extended warranty will start after 3 years. So, don't do anything now.
My question is who activate it that extended warranty will start after 3 years, which is completely wrong. Tata cliq or myself didn't do this.
So it's a clear case of dis- trust, brich of contract and misleading.
Therefore, requesting you to take action and resolve it ASAP

Team Oneassist escalations trying to misleading me saying that they had send me the activation code and I had activated that warranty will start after 3 years of purchase.
But when I asked them to forward the email containing the activation code, they send me nothing.
It's a clear case of misleading customer and denied to give extended warranty though they had received the amount for that.
Therefore requisting you to resolve it ASAP.
