I have successfully logged in the claim and uploaded all the necessary photos of device and bill on 18/07/2018.
After raising multiple queries seeking more photos and seeking a details description on 20/07/2018 and 23/03/2018, Support team had finally given me following reply :
" We would like to inform you that your service request number 3358085 has been closed on Thu Jul 26 16:36:07 IST 2018 in view of -
Reason: Negligence
Remarks: claim is not admissible under negligence "
Perhaps they only cover the planned accident.
Please Note : My device claim is going to expire on 27/07/2018. ANd my device has accidentally fallen down from a table while I was trying to pick up a file. The device is not getting charged now.
The company didn't find this claim reasonable.
