I have submitted my damaged mobile phone to one assist and registered a claim thereof.However there is no explanation from one assist reg. my claim which is in insurance approval stage Device Claim – Service Request # 1765238 since 7th of feb 2017? I have already escalated the issue more than 3 times but I am extremely disapointed with the poor response from the customer care team. Pls help resolve my case. Was this information helpful? | |||||
