Again & again i am receiving this reply but no solution, my handset is defective from april & one assist people has made my life hell like i have commited some crime

Updated by Arush Gupta mam i have shown enough patience, my handset is defective from April due to which i had to purchase 1 more handset as i was not provided with courtesy handset as claimed with the policy, get my handset repaired quickly
