[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — Different Order Pickup | |
I had taken Wearable Insurance for my Apple Watch Series 5, at the time of claim they do not bother to pickup my devise. They sent their executive to pickup mobile where as mine is Apple Watch. They sent their executive five times to pickup Mobile/Device I called customer care and explain all the matter 7 times but they don't bother. Company will frustrate you until you will repair/replace Watch at your own. They are very good in frustrating customer so they don't have to settle claim. Was this information helpful? | |
