I have purchased oneassist insurance for my mobile phone samsung s20fe one of there employee forced me to purchase and activated on my phone ...now accidentally my phone is broken for which I have put a complaint and for claim now there are saying that insurance does not apply on demo phones then how it was activated on my mobile and now they are rejecting the claim..as you can see it's clearly mentioned on my bill that phone is a demo piece ...I'm attaching all the relevant documents kindly look into this matter
