I purchased insurance worth 5500 in march 2021 and then after no claim for one year, again extended service for one year with same amount . so in total i have paid one assist 11000 for my device .. few days back when my device accidentally got damaged, i raised the claim and device was picked up.but they diagnosed it for repair of 15500 whereas i know that device was damaged beyond that, battery need replacement and audio is not working . this diagnosis was false and was deliberately made to reduce my claim amount and so that they dont have to replace my mobile...which they claimed in first place when they were offering me insurance. even after multiple followup, they behaved like robot and not listening to my issue and asking me 2500 to go ahead with repair . i am asking for complete diagnosis and battery replacement.. my mobile is not in condition that only 15500 repair will suffice, it need battery replacement and i repeatedly requested for replacemnet of mobile and i am ready to pay the difference amount. they are behaving like robot.
