OneAssist Consumer Solutions — flimsy repudiation of mobile insurance claim | |
I have a comprehensive mobile insurance cover which covers accidental and liquid damage with one assist. I have raised a claim with service request no 6222215. I have mentioned in my clam that my phone (Galaxy note 10) accidentally fell down from the bed stand in the morning while i was trying to take it and there is damage to stylus. It slipped out of my hand as i struck to bed side. Now after giving them all the necessary documents they say that, it is improper handling and there should be external intervention for the damage. This a flimsy ground to say when my phone fell accidentally. The customer case people has bluntly called and informed this. When i asked i want to raise protest against, he just told that he will send a email and cut the call. Was this information helpful? | |
