[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — fraud, malpractice and negligence in claim process

I have purchased a oneassist mobile protection policy solicited directly my the apple store on purchase of apple iphone 7.
My phone fell from my had and stopped responding. I called up one assist and logged a claim. The company asked me to upload all the documents. I did so immediately within 2 hrs. They mentioned that within 48 hrs somebody will come and collect the phone. After 3 days i was called and they asked me to include additional details of description of damage. I told them there is not outside damage but the phone has stopped working. They said expain on their website exactly whre the phone fell. I provided information regarding this mentioning it fell at my residence. After additional week they got back asking to me update details of where exactly it feel in my house. (Bedroom/bathroom/living room) etc. I said bedroom. After 4 days they emailed saying they want a clear picture of the original invoice, which was already provided. I provided this. There was no response.
