We had insurance of our i phone 6 at the time of purchase in march18. Which covered liquid damage. We paid insurance premium rs 3000 for the same. On 31 jan 19 my phone had liquid damage. My handset was picked up by one assist on5 th feb. Previously they gave estimate of rs 10000 for repair they demanded rs 1200 as processing charges. We paid the same. They mailed about delivery of phone. The very next day they send a new estimate of 25000/- also stated that they will not repair the phone and send us back the damaged phone. Previously the phone was in bit working at least it was switching on. Now they took every part of the phone and gave us back fully damaged phone. Worth nil. They cheated with us badly.
Please we are very upset and harassed by the company, help us in the matter. We want compensation.
