[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — fraud service | forceful behaviour by company | |||
Company refuses to repair handset citing negligence part of consumer. Saying one should not keep phone on the table or slab. It should always be kept in your pocket. If by chance you try to keep your phone on the table, it should not slip. If it slips, this accident is not covered under claims. Also the company forces you to get this repair done through authorized service center. It says in case you do not get this authorized repair done, we will not treat any of your future claims. I am amazed as to who is the customer and who is the service provider. I have bought this warranty. And they are forcing things on me. Absolutely shameless / pathetic service.
