[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — handset claim rejected | |||||
My service request no was : 2559977. Contact no :[protected] I am very disappointed with oneassist team that they rejected my handset claim request. Whereas i had mentioned genuine reason how my handset damaged and sent all the required documents. "my mobile was placed on the table to charge and i went somewhere after sometime when i came back my mobile was dropped on the floor. I don't know how it happend. It can be due to vibration etc. The handset screen was damaged." It comes in accidental damage category. And when i apply for the insurance and recently called to your customer team as a new customer to know the plan details they said "no matter how it breaks it will cover in accidental damage category" i have a recording of the communication that was held between us and they said yes it will accept in accidental damage and definitely you will get claim. I have clearly mentioned all the details. I will not sit like this i will raise a fir with all the documents and recordings. Was this information helpful? | |||||
