Claim Request - 686970 Filed a damage claim for my MI4I mobile phone on 12th August and they, confirmed the receipt of the handset on 22nd Sep. And didnt receive my handset yet. Worst part is that they are clueless about the status of the mobile repair... they keep on changing the dates as "will update you within 48 hours" etc. never exact data. Further they never call us with any updates. I am informed only after i call them. I requested them for sending back the un-repaired handset, and not answer for that. Now the latest update is that the date is changed to Nov 28th . they are not sure even if its correct date to deliver the handset. Was this information helpful? | |||||
