[Resolved] Oneassist Consumer Solutions — haven't received my refund

I had bought an insurance for my phone which got rejected due to some issues that weren't informed to me and my membership was cancelled. I was promised my refund of 1999.0 into my account within 7-10 days, it has been a month and i haven't received anything.
I want my money back as soon as possible since the customer care people of the company are of simply no use and couldn't help me with anything.
