[Resolved] OneAssist Consumer Solutions — hdfc credit card debit for one assist mfee | |||
I am not asking any plan from hdfc credit card, but without my concern they are debiting rs.2999/- towards one assist mfee. This type of activity they were done previous year also. This also one of fraudulent activity and they use regularly with customers. I want to cancel and refund that amount. Same time this has to be investigate with the help of rbi and investigation dept.
